Q: Why do I have to phone for appointments? Why can't I just email?

A: Emails aren't "instant" like the phone is. Our diary works in real time, and we can sort out your request "here and now". Emails are less efficient, so please use the phone!
For general enquiries, emails are fine.

Q: I know I want to come and see somebody to sort out my problems, but how do I know who's the best person to see? I don't know a lot about these therapies....

A: No problem. Many people ask this. What you need is a "free consultation", which lasts about 15 minutes, and, as you've guessed, is free of charge. We will sit down with you and work out the options available so that you can make an informed choice. We were one of the first centres in the UK to offer this service, which is supported by a number of local GPs.
