Counselling
Counselling
Difficulties from the past, painful experiences in the present, or worries about the future may leave people distressed and unable to cope with day-to-day life. Counselling provides an opportunity for people to talk through their difficulties and problems in a safe space, with the support of a trained counsellor.
The Natural Health Centre has two Counsellors and a Counselling Psychologist.
